Rhubarb Shortcake

Hello people-persons! Recipe time!

And this time it is actually one of my very-favoritist-food-stuffs! And because I’m a silly marshmallow I’m missing rhubarb in November. 😉 Another thing I think you must already know is that everything on my blog is a big batch because I have a lot of siblings. 🙂

So now for the recipe!

Rhubarb Shortcake-

1 cup sugar

2 eggs

1 cup canned milk

1 cube butter

2 cups flour                     This stuff before the instructions mixes together to make the batter.

2 tsp. baking flour

1/2 tsp. salt

1 tsp. vanilla

added nutmeg = a sprinkle

Grease 1 13×9 pan. Pour 1/2 batter into the pan and sprinkle 6 cups of rhubarb chopped in tiny chunks on top of it. Then sprinkle 1 1/2 cups sugar over the rhubarb. Sprinkle a sprinkle of nutmeg over that too. Pour the rest of the batter over the top of that and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

Yumba-yumba!

Enjoy!

And Comment with how you like it! 😉 :d
